Designed for Single & Small-Batch Production
The SBT-SM30-00 shaping machine features a heavy-duty bed structure with excellent rigidity and long service life. The worktable is equipped with horizontal and lifting movement mechanisms, enabling planing of inclined surfaces in addition to standard horizontal operations, significantly expanding the machine's application range.
The feed system uses a cam mechanism with 10 selectable feed rates for convenient cutting adjustment. When cutting loads exceed normal limits, the tool automatically slips to protect the machine's core components from structural damage.
Bed guide rails, gear pairs, and main sliding guide surfaces are all force-lubricated by an oil pump. Combined with the clutch and brake parking mechanism, speed changes and stops can be made without cutting power — the ram inertia stroke after braking does not exceed 10 mm.
