This equipment is a teaching device for the disassembly and assembly of electric vehicle drive and control systems. It is based on real components such as a permanent magnet synchronous drive motor, vehicle motor controller, and high-voltage distribution box, combined with a powertrain disassembly and assembly training platform for educational design. The equipment can be used for structural recognition of the electric drive system, powertrain disassembly and assembly training, learning component assembly relationships, and basic testing training, meeting the teaching needs for disassembly and recognition of new energy vehicle drive systems. The teaching platform is constructed using real vehicle components such as a permanent magnet synchronous drive motor, vehicle motor controller, and high-voltage distribution box, meeting the needs for structural recognition and disassembly training of the electric drive system.
