This equipment is based on the real BYD E5 pure electric vehicle, modified for teaching purposes. It combines full-vehicle cutting display with an online detection platform, retaining the complete chassis, power system, and main control systems. The power battery pack is equipped with a transparent cover to showcase its internal structure. The equipment can be used to demonstrate the composition and working principles of the pure electric vehicle's power system, transmission system, power battery and BMS system, air conditioning system, ABS system, and vehicle control system. It meets teaching needs such as operation demonstration, parameter measurement, online detection, fault setting, and diagnosis. Suitable for vocational colleges, higher education institutions, new energy vehicle training laboratories, and automotive repair training organizations for comprehensive teaching and training on new energy vehicles.
