Key Features
- Benchtop Duct Design: Min dimensions 590 mm (D) x 1015 mm (W) x 900 mm (H), featuring an integrated air duct housing the direct expansion evaporator coil.
- Differential Airflow Instrumentation: Relative humidity and temperature sensors are installed both upstream and downstream of the evaporator to analyze air enthalpy changes.
- Controlled Forced Air Flow: Equipped with a small variable-speed fan providing adjustable airflow across the duct evaporator coil.
- Refrigeration Circuit Transducers: Includes high/low pressure gauges, electronic pressure transducers, pressure switch, sight glass, filter dryer, and Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TEV).
- Circuit Thermal Sensors: Minimum 4 thermocouples positioned across the refrigeration circuit to calculate superheating and sub-cooling.
- Color-Coded Circuit & LCD Screen: Internationally color-coded piping with onboard LCD display showing live measured parameters.
- Integrated Workstation: Complete with USB Data Acquisition System, Psychrometric and P-h charting software, branded Desktop PC, and Offline UPS.
